Official service state before local troubleshooting.
Home Product Support links to the provider’s authoritative status source and never turns a cached status sentence into a live claim. When no interruption is shown, continue with local triage.
Are iCloud, Apple Music or Apple services down?
Use Apple’s official System Status page for the current state of the specific service. If it shows no event, test a second Apple service, another device and another network before signing out of the Apple Account.
Open record Microsoft 365 · StatusIs Microsoft 365 down or is the problem local?
Check Microsoft’s public service-health status and, for work or school accounts, the Microsoft 365 admin center’s Health › Service health page. If no incident is shown, compare web and desktop apps before repairing Office or changing the account.
Open record Netflix · Service-status triageIs Netflix down—or is the problem local?
Use Netflix’s official service-status page for the current state. If no interruption is shown, isolate the app, device and home network without resetting everything.
Open record Spotify · StatusIs Spotify down or is the app failing locally?
Check Spotify’s official status channel and support site, then compare the web player with the installed app and another network. If only one device fails, restart and update it before signing out or reinstalling Spotify.
Open record YouTube · StatusIs YouTube down or is playback failing locally?
Check YouTube’s official Help and known-issues channels, then test the same video in a browser and a second network. If only one TV app fails, restart and update that app/device before clearing data or signing out.
Open recordStructured depth, not empty permutations
Every published record carries a direct answer, scope, ordered fixes, risk notes and sources.
Device and manufacturer hubs share a consistent record system, but each answer carries the relevant controls, fault boundaries, consequences and official support entry point for that platform.
