My devices won't connect to the 6 GHz band on my Nighthawk RS700S.+

Only Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 devices can use 6 GHz — older phones and laptops simply do not have a 6 GHz radio and will connect on 5 GHz instead, which is normal. 6 GHz also requires WPA3 security, so make sure that is enabled. And 6 GHz has short range, so a device far from the router drops to 5 GHz. So a device 'missing' the 6 GHz network is usually its own hardware or distance, not a router fault.
