Can I use an S Pen with my Galaxy S20 Ultra?+

No — the S20 Ultra does not support the S Pen; Samsung added S Pen support to the S-series flagships starting with the S21 Ultra (as a separate pen) and then built it in from the S22 Ultra. So there is no S Pen functionality to enable or troubleshoot on the S20 Ultra. It is a camera-focused flagship, and pen input is simply not part of it.
