Why does my Sony A95L only have two 4K 120Hz HDMI ports?+

That is Sony's standard layout: on the A95L only HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 are HDMI 2.1 (4K 120 Hz, VRR), while HDMI 1 and 2 are 2.0. HDMI 3 also carries eARC, so a soundbar there and a console both wanting HDMI 2.1 have to share — put the console on HDMI 4. It is a design choice, not a fault.
