What is true of this model and changes how you fix it
These are the properties that decide which procedure applies. Each is read from the manufacturer’s own published figures for this model, not carried over from a sibling that shares its retail name.
- Model — Luxe (fashion tracker)
- A slim, jewellery-style fitness tracker for heart rate, activity and sleep. NO built-in GPS (connected GPS via the phone), NO ECG, no microphone/speaker, no cellular — so those symptoms do not apply. Style-focused with a small colour AMOLED touchscreen.
- Connected GPS only
- Relies on the phone's GPS for mapped workouts — carry the phone for distance/route accuracy.
- Small touchscreen
- Its small touch screen can feel fiddly and, like the Charge 5, unresponsive with wet fingers — a touch quirk, not necessarily a fault.

Questions that only have an answer for the Fitbit Luxe
Each answer below uses this model’s own published figures. The same question asked about a different model in the line has a different answer, which is why it is answered here rather than on a general page.
Does the Fitbit Luxe have GPS or ECG?+
No to both — the Luxe is a slim, style-focused tracker that leaves out built-in GPS (it uses your phone's GPS when carried) and has no ECG sensor. It tracks heart rate, steps, activity and sleep. So GPS distance needs your phone along, and there is no ECG, voice or cellular to troubleshoot — those features are on higher Fitbit models like the Charge and Sense.
