No — the epix Pro (Gen 2) does not have a built-in microphone or speaker, so it cannot take voice calls or use voice commands on the watch itself; those features arrived later on the fēnix 8. It shows call and message notifications from your connected phone, but you answer on the phone. So speaker/microphone troubleshooting does not apply to this model.
